3 Questions with Chris Tsui, Owner of EAT Restaurant Partners

If you’re at all familiar with the booming Richmond restaurant scene, you know about Chris Tsui’s ever-growing portfolio of acclaimed dining spots.  Starting with Osaka Sushi and Steak in 2005, Chris’s group is now responsible for eight restaurants with more on the way.  We’re big fans of how he’s making Richmond a more vibrant and delicious place to live. When you are in Richmond, be sure to check out EAT Restaurant Partners.

If you weren’t a restauranteur, what would you be doing?

Whatever my dad would have done…he was a restauranteur, if he was a carpenter, I’d be a carpenter today.

What advice would you give your 20 year old self?

Listen to the advice of those wiser than you.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Taking my daughter to wherever she wants to go…actually we are heading off to Atlantis this Sunday.
