We’re excited to announce that we will be bringing the Shockoe Design District to Jackson Ward this weekend in collaboration with Shockoe Denim, The Odd Couple, Release the Hounds, and Steady Sounds for a pop-up shop hosted by Black Iris that will kick off to the public during August’s First Friday Art Walk. The shop will feature Ledbury shirts and accessories, jeans from Shockoe Denim, vinyl from Steady Sounds, and furniture, goods, and curiosities from The Odd Couple. Paul Trible of Ledbury, Anthony Lupesco of Shockoe Denim, and John Mills of Release the Hounds will participate in a private panel discussion focusing on creative branding and entrepreneurship on Thursday, August 1.* Be sure to stop by the shop at Black Iris Gallery, located at 321 W. Broad St., open from 5-10pm on Friday, August 2 and 12-5pm on Saturday, August 3. Our shop in Shockoe Bottom will be closed on Saturday.

For those of you who are out of town, our friends at Black Iris / White Iris here in Richmond and out in LA curated an amazing playlist of summer tunes to help bring the vibes of our pop-up weekend to you wherever you may be geographically located. Stream “Free at Dawn” on Spotify now.
